What does the warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
- Within 30 days from the purchase, Vapepenzone will help you identify the damage of your product and directly replace it with a new one for free.
- After 30 days, we will help you contact the partner brand for free repair or replacement of the product or product parts that have been proven to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. However, the relevant shipping costs incurred by the return and exchange of more than 30 days shall be borne by consumers.
How long does the coverage last?
If the product purchased from Vapepenzone is damaged under normal use, the replacement period is 30 days from the date of purchase, and the warranty period is 1 year.

My JUUL is not charging. How to fix it?
JUUL wet battery: you need to dry the battery as rapidly as possible before the water can cause further damage. Begin by removing the pod and using paper towels or cotton swabs to remove the water from the surface. Next, place your mouth over the charging end of the battery and blow firmly to remove additional water. Or place the JUUL device in a sealed zip-top bag with a silica gel packet and leave it there for a day. If you don’t have a silica gel packet, place the JUUL vape device in a bowl and cover it with dry rice. If the water hasn’t shorted the device and caused permanent damage, you will likely be able to charge it the next day.
JUUL Cleaning: The contacts have likely collected months of dust, dirt, and pocket lint.
