today I’m gonna be giving you some tips and tricks to get rid of vapes annoying leaking or spitting.

So let’s just hop right into the article and start with your wattage setting.
Most coils on the market have a recommended wattage range either printed right onto the coil or on the box. It’s very important to stay within the recommended wattage range, or your coil won’t perform properly. In the case that your tank is either leaking or spitting, your wattage setting might actually be too low. Try bumping up your wattage a bit higher while staying inside that wattage range.
Now the reason why this happens is that your coil is not able to vaporize juice fast enough, and in turn, the juice is just gonna pull up inside the coil and end up in your mouth or out the airflow holes. Now for water, your settings seem to be perfect, but you’re still running into issues another culprit could be your VG, PG ratio.
In short, this is gonna dictate how thin or thick your e-juice is, if they eat you set your vaping is too thin for your tank, it can definitely leak through the coil. If you’re vaping a 50/50 or a 60/40 juice and I’d definitely recommend finding a thicker liquid. I’d recommend going up to a 70/30 juice or even an 80/20 juice.
Now another reason for leaking or spitting is abrupt temperature changes. For example, walking around in the hot summer heat with your vape and then going into an air-conditioned room, will definitely affect the pressure inside your tank. Knowing this does happen your tank is prone to leaking. There’s not really any sort of surefire way to prevent this, just know that if it is happening to you, that is completely normal.
And lastly, this one kind of gets overlooked quite often and it’s the drip tip, your drip tip could definitely be a culprit of spit back. if I’m ever experiencing spit back issues with the tank the first thing I usually do is check the drip tip. Sometimes depending on the design of your drip tip, VG can actually condense and pool to the bottom of your drip tip thus creating spit back a quick wipe with some paper towels should definitely do the trick, or alternatively you can just switch your drip tip out altogether for another one. now it is really important to mention that about 9 times out of 10, leaking and spitting issues usually lead to a coil issue. Now because coils are made in such large quantities in such a short time, QC on them isn’t always the best.
Sometimes when buying a pack of five coils, two out of five could be duds, maybe three or even the whole pack. If you do notice some performance issues with your vape, try switching out your coil and see if that fixes the issue.
